Why is it important to use only the After Hours Clinics associated with the Harvester Rd FHO?
It ensures we receive the information about your after hours visit immediately to ensure continuity of your care.
*Other clinics will not send the consultation note from your visit without an authorized consent form being signed, which may require to return to their clinic to complete.
It decreases health care costs and resources by reducing duplication of services
For every visit at a clinic not associated, OHIP charges the cost of your visit back to Dr. Oneukwa

The Harvester Rd. FHO After Hours Clinics are available Monday-Thursdays 5:00pm-8:00pm and on Saturdays 9:00am-2:30pm for immediate medical concerns only.

THE AHC IS NOT A WALK-IN. You must call the appropriate location during the AHC time to receive an appointment with the doctor. Please have your health card ready, as not all of the clinics are connected.
Masking is mandatory if you have any respiratory/contagious symptoms, or have been in close contact with someone who does, within the past 48 hours. Masks will not be provided.
